Er not a bad bike at all. Handles very good, not had any trouble with running problem,s. Good commuting bike. A full tank of petrol will last me a few weeks. It does the job I want it too do which is to get me to work and back without costing me a fortune. Cheaper on my bike than going on tram.

Great little bike, cheap running costs and decent acceleration. Copes well on motorways and B roads. Good for commuting on but a little cramped for me at 6'3 still comfy enough and I enjoyed it from the moment it was bought new from kawasaki till it was stolen 2 years later and smashed up becouse they couldn't start it due to kawasaki emobiliser system. I'd own one again and recomend one anyway.

The Kawasaki ER- 6F is a great entry level bike. The ride is responsive and deliberate and the engine braking from this great twin is outstanding. I have to say that with all Kawasaki's and this is certainly no exception; the build quality is second to none. This is a great commuting bike and comes to life through town, However having owned the bike for a year it does not provide me with the thrills or the excitement any more, that is why i have just bought an in line four Kawasaki Z800, which I have to say provides me with endless fun and puts a smile on my face each time i ride it.

Great bike, fast enough, regularly get 55mpg, cheap to run. Tyre wear seems to last 7-8k miles on the Bridgestone BT023's. I did have a chain seize up over winter but was replaced for £75. Engine has developed a rattle even though it's been regularly serviced. Will book in soon for diagnosis. Currently on 17k after 5 years and looks as good as new, still a nice looking bike. Part of me wishes I'd gone for a 4 cylinder sports bike but the comfort is great for my bad back.

Rear mudguard too small\short.. mud gets unto engine too easily.. exhaust too large. otherwise, great bike overall
