Very pleased with Triumph Tiger 800abs 2014 roadster model. Perhaps slightly top-heavy at v.slow manuvering speeds, I'm 5'9"". Good fuel economy, 50-55 mpg.,general riding. Waiting for chance for long m-way trip, expecting better mpg. Comfort is good, looks good, plenty of electric gadgets for me but miss hazard-lights feature..Topbox & tank-bag added. Can't wait to ride again.

Standard Scorpion tyres are the cause of poor handling. Cannot wait to change to PR4s. Other than that the bike is great.

I have really enjoyed riding the Triumph Tiger from day one, I have been on a tour of Northern Spain with the other half on pillion and found it to be very comfortable. The bike handled all the twisting and winding bends which the roads in Northern Spain offer. I will be travelling to Germany next year and spending some of that 10 day stay in the Black Forest. If I could of afforded the Triumph Explorer at the time of purchasing the 800 I think I would probably have opted for that model. Having said that I have no grumbles with the Tiger 800.

Love the bike. Its so easy to ride. Only thing that spoils it is the immobilizer. A faulty antenna. What a pain. Had it repaired at a cost of £258.00. Not happy about that. So far it has been ok, but with winter coming I wont be on the bike very often until next year.

A great all round bike good for commuting but with enough power to have a good day out, I've packed my tent and all the gear needed for a good weekend away including my girlfriend and still had enough power in reserve for a bit of fun

I couldn't be happier with my this bike. I reviewed many bikes before opting for the tiger 800 ABS. So far the reviews I've read seem accurate. It's very comfortable, 2-3hrs ride is a breeze (not so comfortable for the pillion though - but never is). It has plenty of top end grunt and is very smooth at slow speeds. Having done 2500 miles its a bit early to comment on total reliability, but there has been no issues at all up to now.

I had a blackbird before this bike and could never gel with it , but as soon as I test rode the Triumph 800 I knew it was going to suit me and my needs very well , the kids love it and what's more so does the missus . I have to say that the tiger has bought a smile back to my face when ever I ride , even the daily commute has become fun again .
