“Had all types of bikes from little two stroke screamers to this beast. For its size it an easy bike to ride and so quick it takes your breathe away. Had a Suzuki TL 1000S last year I thought that was a hoot, but not good on the old back over a distance. Originally bars were a little low so fitted a set of bar risers now bar height is just were I need it. So far the best bike I have owned.”
“For me the bike is everything one could ever need - endless torque will pull from 2000 rpm in any gear - fantastic acceleration in any gear - sure footed on any road - the only bike I've ever ridden at over 100 mph with just one hand on the bars and comfortable to ride all day long - well underrated
The only negative is the number of recalls 4 or 5 since new - not quite what one expects from BMW - or is it a ploy to get you back into the dealership !”
