“I normally take a size 7 athletic shoe, and ordered the same size in the boot. The fit was good, overall. I wore a thick sock and had just a little room in the heel area. I got these boots so I can hike in muddy or very wet conditions, as opposed to snow. So far, so good. Took them for a trial walk last week, and they performed well over a 2 hour hike in very muddy conditions. I did notice a little more tightness in the toe box toward the end, but I am guessing that is due to my feet beginning to swell a little over that time. Overall, very satisfied so far.”
