“In all honesty this item has been nothing but issues. It arrived with a damaged back panel which was promptly replaced but then a screw in the bottom designed to protect the floor was unable to screw in, I phoned the company and to their credit they were again prompt in replacing the offending bar but when it arrived it was the wrong side. Now I have one missing floor protector and some of the screws are so badly bored that the screws don't go all the way in. I would never buy from them again there has been so much hassle and while their customer service was good, I felt it wasn't my job to find so many solutions to so many problems.”
