“PLEASE BE WARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY.... Ordered a TV Stand but didn't receive a delivery date after the 'expected' delivery period so cancelled it. I'm still waiting for the refund. Today was my 5th time of being told 'I'll speak to a director to get it refunded'. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!”

“Good strong bracket for LG 65 inch tv ,down side to it is trying to get the bar to keep t v secure on wall to pass through the slots especially when the tv is so close to the wall it is v difficult I’m happy with my bracket tho and t v looks gd mounted on it”

As a retailer we dispatch brand new products in sealed packaging it therefore not possible to detect any damage to the contents. We delivered the product a couple of weeks ago however this review is the first record we have advising of a problem. If we had been contacted earlier it would have given us the opportunity to resolved the issue before you assembled the product. A replacement part can still be arranged but will require some disassembly to swap over, please contact our product support team using either our contact form, online chat or via telephone and they will be happy to organise this for you.

“Ordered one day and item was received the following day, only drawback was that it was self assembly which really needs two people apart from that the unit was extremely good value for money and would recommend The Plasma Centre.”
