“Paid for next day delivery and it arrived 4 days later. Not happy with the additional paid to be delivered only for it to arrive several days later.”

“Unfortunately tv unit arrived damaged although packaging was intact. However communication via email with the support centre did rectify this with a replacement part being sent out. The courier utilised caused a further delayed with the delivery of the replace part but the Plasma centre support service also offered to chase the courier on my behalf. Happy with product despite damage. Customer service excellent but ideally damaged products should not be leaving the warehouse.”

We are sorry the product did not reach you in pristine condition, it is sadly not possible to check every product before dispatch as the majority are in sealed packaging and opening and resealing may give the impression they are not brand new.

“Assembly went OK until near the end. Two of the hinge pieces had proud rivett on inside so the door did not slide in! Much filing to fix. The very last panel with the cable holes in - four fixing holes lined up, but the last two did not, much filing to fix.”

“Quick delivery and nice product but I would have preferred it without the chip in the glass that I only noticed when the stand was erected! Surely this should have been checked before dispatch. Bit disappointed.”

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear the product you received was not pristine. It is not possible to open sealed product packaging to check contents prior to dispatch as that may give the impression the products are not new. We are sorry to hear the product did not have the correct complement of screws and rawl plugs in the box. The majority of products we sell are in sealed retail packaging as such it is not possible to check contents before dispatch. On the rare occasion there is a problem with a product received, our customer services team are available via phone or email to resolve as quickly as possible.

“The driver dropped off the parcel in the porch. When I opened the door he had is back to me and without turning around, he said your parcel is in the porch. This was very disrespectful and indifferent. I understand he may have had many deliveries but not to acknowledge another human being is very bad service.”
