“I have recently purchased a second Sirus 1600 TV cabinet for my son who has moved into his own flat. The cabinets are very well made and the assembly instructions are well written and easy to follow. The order and delivery were extremely quick, and the goods were well wrapped and protected. The curved back of the cabinet makes it fit nicely into a corner of the room. I think it was good value for money and both my son and I are very pleased with our purchases.”

“The score is not a reflection of the finished cabinet. Looks slick and the build quality was really solid (although would have expected better engineered door hinges given the quality of the rest of the build). It was also delivered extremely well packaged and in a timely manner. Should have been a simple 5 star rating. My issue comes more with what happened when I had an question putting the thing together and was trying to get some information to help prior to trying to send back a half-built unit. I looked for contact numbers to call on the MDA documentation. There were none, just an email address so I called the Plasma Centre. Response was basically "if you want to send it back then I can help otherwise nothing I can do for you, you need to call the manufacturer, there's numbers on the instructions". Eventually offered to get the number for me and was given a mobile number. When I called the mobile number it was answered by what sounded like an eastern European lady who was primarily interested in who had given out her phone number. Once I told her I was told that there are no numbers to call for any sort of customer service, the only option is to email in and the "guys usually call you back in a couple of days". Given that I had my lounge filled up with a 3/4 built tv unit in the middle of the floor and the weekend was approaching, I really didn't want to risk emailing into a black hole and sitting waiting to play email tennis for several days so I tried to look up a number for the company online. Good luck trying that one. At this point I was getting very concerned that I had spent the best part of 300 pounds and was going to get nothing but aggravation trying to get it sent back and get my money back so as a last ditch try, I sent out an email to the address the woman on the phone. At this point, things did actually improve. I did receive a call later that day from a very helpful gent who said that he had lots of people who had the same problem as me and offering a solution, which I said I would give a try. The issue was to do with the fitting of the door hinges so that the doors close nicely. I reversed the hinges as was suggested and this fixed my problem. I called back to request a new pack of screws as the heads of mine had become stripped during multiple previous attempts to fix the doors. These were promised and duly delivered a couple of days later. Again, the unit I am now really happy with. The quality is good, the look is good, it functions well. If you don't need help or don't mind sitting around waiting for email responses then you will find no issues with the product. For us who prefer to simply call up and talk to a human being to get minor problems sorted out, providing a customer service number is kind of one of the most basic customer service steps.”

“Goods were delivered a couple of days after ordering. Well packaged. This is a heavy item, two-man delivery. The unit took about an hour to assemble by one person and the instructions are fairly straightforward. Have had good comments on the look of the unit. Not a cheap unit but would recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality and good looking TV cabinet.”
