Not too difficult to set up and is quite smart. Good value. Was the only stand of its type that allows one to hide the leads behind the central 'wood' bit. Not real wood but looks reasonable. You can position the height exactly where you want it on the column. If I had designed it, I would have had an extra bit to be able to swivel the TV left to right while keeping it steady at the desired height. At the moment there is a risk it could move down unless you tighten the grip excessively.
