“I loved it at first. Had great things in it. Got 6-7 items. Now the price went up and I get fewer things and the stuff isn't as great. How many lanyards does a person need? I have many. Too many. I've also gotten multiple of one item. I'm considering canceling my subscription.”

“It came late as usual and didn’t come in its typical box, it came in a much smaller box. I was missing the shirt and file folders that were supposed to come in it. When I reached out I was initially told “they’re sold out”. I’m an active monthly subscriber, and this is what happens.”
