“Make no mistake Northfin is by far the best cichlid food on the market.
However these 1mm pellets are tiny and sink VERY fast so they end up all over and inside your gravel, rocks, decorations etc so potentially ammonia time bombs unless your fish vaccum it all up thoroughly or unless you sit there for several minutes and feed it extremely slowly so that it's all eaten before it hits the gravel.
The 2mm pellets are huge in comparison and even 5in+ fish struggle with them and end up spitting out a lot of it. They look 5x the size of the 1mm pellets
Northfin really really need to come up with a size bigger than the current 1mm but smaller than 2mm.”
