“Purchased this item to automate my fert dosing of my planted tank. Works great and if you want some time back from your daily chore of dosing, this is the one you want. Make sure you calibrate your system in its final configuration, that is, set it up on your tank how you want it and then calibrate it. Reason being, mine was calibrated out of the box but that calibration was all at bench level and probably with short tubes. As my pumps have push the ferts up about 2 feet, the calibration out of the box is incorrect. 185 was the value on one pump and after recalibration, it was 248. I may change this later to shorten the delivery tube length and recalibrate them but it goes to show that you really should do that in the intended final set up position as per the instructions.
Only problem I have come across so far and it might seem harsh but the clock gains in the order of 15 seconds a day.
Ideally, I’d love an affordable system I can integrate with my home built automation system and control it via IP. Oh, and set the time via NTP!”
