“You guys always provide great service when i send through an email with srupid questions....I ordered some sand from you a few weeks ago and it was really quick to get here and very happy with how it arrived.
I received another batch of sand yesterday (Friday 22nd) to find that one of the boxes had been repackaged and one of the bags of sand had been broken open and had been placed inside another plastic bag. I understand it was no fault on your end and it looks like the original box that was sent from you guys has been dropped causing the bag to burst inside.
As the sand is a live product I am hoping that the bacteria is still alright and has not died off.
Other than this you guys are always great help.”
