“The Fluval 307 is doing a pretty decent job with my 200 litre tank and it is quiet to the point that you can't hear anything, it was very easy to set up and get going. My only critiscism actually has nothing to do with the filter, but the flexible\corrugated tubing that comes with the filter. It is AWFUL! Water leaks and air leaks are impossible to stop with this stuff and in my opinion the tubing should be thrown in the bin and like I had to do, revert to 16\22mm tubing in place of it. Other than that it's a good filter.”
“Seems pretty well made, was easy enough to set up and get running. Took a while for it to purge the air. I don’t like the tube it comes with to set up the intake and outlet, it’s not pliable enough, the outlet wants to point upward, so have had to opto a way to hold it in place so as not to pump water out of the tank. Would be good to see a better way round this issue.
Other than that, I can’t fault it so far.”
