“Product arrived damaged (filter case smashed) and as it was for a school I didn't check its condition until I was ready to use it (2 months later). I rang the TechDen to inform them of the damage not expecting that they would do a lot due to the time that had passed between delivery and reporting the issue. the TechDen was extremely understanding and helpful and organised a replacement filter case to be sent straight away.
