“Avoid- this filter has a unusually short power cord and is unable to reach any power point unless maybe you have a 20L tank on a bench top, with a PowerPoint directly behind it.
It is certainly not usable in a 200L tank as I was told by tech den.
I have multiple filters and all the cords are almost double the length of this one.
I contacted Tech Den and their response was to use an extension cord!!!!
Obviously I was not comfortable doing this and requested a refund or replacement which eventually they agreed to, however expected me to cover the cost of returning the item which still leaves me out of pocket on a totally unusable item! That hasn’t even been turned on.
Save your money and give the serenity power head filters a miss. Given the outcome of this situation I will spend my money elsewhere in future.”
Sorry to hear the cord was not long enough for what you wanted. We understand everyone has different tanks in one way or another and will have different experiences. Our returns policy goes over and above what the ACCC provide for consumer rights.
