Hi Diane, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. However, we have checked the records with our delivery partners and can see that the order was delivered on the day of the chosen date. Our delivery partners usually send a notification of the one hour delivery slot on the morning of the delivery day. We apologise if this may have gone into your junkmail instead.
