“Love these salty oysters , a bit tricky to shuck but I will just have to order more to practice ;) I would recommend keeping them on ice as shucking can take longer than you think to keep them cold before serving”

“Two dozen. Very good. Super fresh, plump, none wasted. Salty but not to a fault. 4 out of 5 because the taste was just short of the necessary nuttyness to match the best eg Gillardeau. But would happily order again”
