“In perfect condition and full tasty oysters that were delicious. We ate them with a choice of Tabasco, shallot and red wine vinegar and coriander dressings- it just with a hint of lemon. All pairings worked very well as did the recommended Muscadet. Paired well with Cremant de Loire. Will buy again!”
