Hi Victoria, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that the oysters were not up to our usual standards. Your feedback will be passed on to our team who will be speaking to our suppliers with regards to this matter. However, rest assure that the green found in the oysters does not mean that they are harmful. As natural filter feeders, this can sometimes occur with oysters. All oysters go through a vigorous purifying process to ensure that they are safe to consume. That being said, we will be in touch shortly to follow up on this. Kind regards, Michelle
