“This selection was brilliant, offering perfect examples of expertly smoked fish that added so much to our appetisers. The hot smoked trout and salmon especially was just delicious, not even needing capers to elevate the taste. Paired wonderfully with an English Chardonnay.”

“Arrived on time, nicely packed. I especially liked the steelhead trout and the haddock which I served with a butter bean curry.”
