“Really lovely monkfish we’re cooking but I spent a lot of time worrying it was off Because if smelt SO strong and unfresh when it came out of the packet even though the sell by was fine that it almost ruined the pleasure of it. It did taste fine but the smell was really off putting”

“This was the first time we had tried monkfish tail and were a bit surprised that it looked quite small but boy how wrong we were. We wrapped and roasted it in Parma ham and it was gorgeous and more than enough for 2 will definitely be ordering again.”
