“The Monkfish tail is delicious and there is no messing around with it because it has been skinned and boned. I made it along with king prawns that I previously bought from you and they were skewered and put on my barbecue. I made 3 delicious red peppers, skin blackened and removed along with seeds. Softened in a pot with white wine vinegar, 1 tsp of garlic paste, 1 tsp of ginger paste sugar and chilli until almost jam like. Add salt and pepper to taste and to finish off, I added a handful of finely chopped fresh coriander leaves. Truly delicious!”
