“This was a repeat order of monkfish as I like to have in the freezer for when I want but the package was tiny. My existing package weighed 260g this was 200g, reading possible weight on website this was stated but I have never had such a small amount in a bag, I am dissappointed.”

“Excellent for barbecues using Wright Bros recipe on the website, but extra special in a Sri Lankan style fish curry. Firm, meaty and flavourful. I make sure I keep a few in the freezer alongside a batch of the curry sauce, it makes a very quick--but impressive--dinner for unexpected or last minute dinner guests. Defrost the sauce, cut the monkfish into chunks and toss it in while cooking the rice and heating the sauce, fresh coriander on the top and that's it! It takes about 20mins to rustle up the entire main course and they are superb!”
