“Having ordered (about a month ahead) 2 large monkfish tails for a special anniversary meal I was dissatisfied to get an email the day before saying to expect 4-5 small tails. 5 tails arrived, I medium sized and 4 small. Disappointing. I understand that market forces may dictate the product but I wasnt given an option to cancel that part of the order and get a refund, which I would certainly have chosen.”

“Much smaller than I expected. The weight was correct as published but I must admit to being surprised when I opened the package. If I bought again I would need this portion per person for a main meal”

“This was a repeat order of monkfish as I like to have in the freezer for when I want but the package was tiny. My existing package weighed 260g this was 200g, reading possible weight on website this was stated but I have never had such a small amount in a bag, I am dissappointed.”
