“I was thinking of giving it 4 out of 5, because we got an ugly fish!!! The fish cooked well and was absolutely delicious. The only criticism of the Wright Bros recipe was that the potatoes took longer to cook in the oven with the fish, so were a little underdone.”

“The turbot arrived perfectly cleaned and ready for cooking. The perfect size for 4 people, I followed the Wright Brothers recipe with fennel and new potatoes cooked in the oven. Easy and delicious.”
