Hi There, Thanks for taking the time to review this product. I'm sorry to hear you did not feel it lived up to expectations. This is a wild-caught animal so the characteristics of the meat can vary a little from lobster to lobster but on the whole, the meat should be sweet and succulent. Best wishes, Team Wright Brothers

“For one of the lobsters the meat was mushy, and did not taste right. I had to throw it away. Very disappointed as isn’t was our Christmas Eve dinner.”
