Hi Nicky, Thanks for writing a review for your whole crabs. These are cooked fresh daily to order so I'm not sure how one could have been 'off' but being wild caught creatures they do have different characteristics. The information on our website points out that the meat content does vary and although these crabs make a fantastic centerpiece to a shellfish platter (or any other seafood meal!), if you are looking for a consistent quantity of meat, our dressed crabs make a great alternative choice.
