Very salty and not fresh , meat is very flaky . Below standard of my expectation. My local butchery has better quality and oily one . I can compare with your poor quality

Arrived in damaged box. One of the lobsters had lost its air seal and was no longer vacuum packed. The dry ice had depleted long before arrival and the temperature of the box – and the salmon and the lobster – was 24 degrees. We took the risk and prepared the lobsters and ate the salmon anyway and we were thankfully OK. From WB would have expected more and previous deliveries had been perfect due to them being shipped from the shop in London rather than from outside of town. From tracking, our order had spent the betterr part of 12 hours in a hot, un-temperature-controlled van.
