“Best smoked haddock. I tried to replace last time I cooked with a cheaper supermarket version and the recipe just didn't taste the same. Love this--particularly for an easy winter supper using their smoked haddock and potato gratin recipe on the website. It is an absolute winner in our house!”

“This is REAL smoked Haddock. We don’t buy the orange dyed one which is sold in supermarkets. Firstly the latter is not fresh ! Secondly it doesn’t look appealing. So our vote is of course yours ! (a) Your fish IS fresh ! (b) the flavour is superior to any other.”
