“Great product, full of flavour. I would like to try them on a barbecue. I cooked them on the stove top in a griddle pan, served them with new boiled potatoes and steamed fine Boston beans tossed in gemolata ( very finely chopped parsley zest of 1/2 a lemon a good squeeze of lemon and a very finely chopped Clove of garlic ).”

“The tentacles were excellent and I used a 'Masterchef' recipe. Poached the tentacles for 75 minutes and then sliced them - so tender; then boiled some potatoes 9small pieces) and fried some Chorizo and then heated them all through together with some olive oil. Delicious”
