“Excellent knife. I was delighted when I saw fresh Scottish oysters in my local supermarket. I had a go at opening them with a Swiss army knife and ended up with a couple of plasters on my fingers. I looked at lots of shucking knives online and this one came out well. I've used it several times since combined with a tea towel. All oysters open. No more cut fingers.”
