“Great little knife but does not have a gaurd so need to be careful when using. Best you use a large tea towel to hold the oyster and protect your hand”

“Fathers day gift. He loved it. He had a relatively cheap one from france before and he says he shucked the Carlingford's in half the time as it was so easy, the blade is nice and long and very good quality. Very very pleased. Successful purchase.”
