“Delicious! But had to be rinsed thoroughly - which I did in salted cold water - as they were gritty. Perhaps, this is obvious but I only found out this had to be done from experience with my earlier order. Perhaps, a short note mentioning this requirement could be useful.”

“Excellent quality, large scallops and well cleaned, on the whole. Grilled them with homemade garlic butter and they were delicious.”
