“Bought these as much for the shells as I intend to go for the larger scallop numbers later. Product arrived nicely packed. Grilled with chorizo and a paprika butter base. Excellent quality.”

“Beautiful plump scallops & roe, so fresh. Pan fried simply for a few minutes in garlic oil with a little butter & served in the shells sprinkled with chives. Delicious.”
