“Packaged well and arrived in good condition, I think the best way to enjoy these delicious scallops is to season (sea salt mix with lemon, garlic etc) after rinsing and patting dry with kitchen towel, put a good slab of butter on the top and grill under a hot setting for 6 minutes - enjoy with leon and toasted sourdough bread - smell like the sea on a summers day”
