“Tail was tougher than expected and hadn’t realised these are no longer freezable (previous purchases were frozen) so double check if you are buying in advance”

Thank you for your review, Katherine! We appreciate your feedback regarding the tail texture and the freezing details. We strive to keep our customers informed, and your insights are invaluable. We usually use freshly cooked Lobsters, however occasionally bad weather or supply issues and Lobster are currently out of season and require us to use previously frozen Lobsters.
