“Unfortunately the beautiful lobsters you sent arrived very late in the evening and in a lukewarm state which necessitated their destruction. This was extremely disappointing but we do not hold it against Wright Bros who made us a prompt refund. Good wishes to you. Robert Corbett.”

“There was a really bad smell at lobster, we couldn’t eat it and it went directly to dustbin! What a big disappointment! It should have been the masterpiece of the tableices were fully melted when the parcel arrived, maybe because of this reason it was smelled like rotten”

Hi Bilgi, Thanks for your reviews, I am pleased that most of the items you received were enjoyed but very sorry to hear this about your lobster. Our lobsters are cooked fresh each day (the day before you receive them) so we are unsure why this one didn't smell right. Some Lobsters contain 'Tomalley' which is a green substance that acts as both liver and pancreas and can have a strong aroma. It is quite normal and is sometimes eaten as a delicacy. It may be that your lobster contained this, which can be a little off putting if you are not expecting it! If you are ever in doubt or have any questions please get in touch with customer services.
