“I ordered the Luxury Seafood Box as a gift, having previously ordered and been delighted with a Valentine's Box. Unfortunately this time the scallops arrived filthy, which was not a pleasant experience..”

Hi Jennifer, Thanks for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear the scallops managed to slip through our quality control procedures on this occasion. They certainly should not have arrived dirty and we have steps in place to prevent this, so it really shouldn't have happened. “I have had a delivery from you before and the quality was excellent this time it was just okay the delivery was missing one item that you sent to me the next day but the first delivery all the ice packs had melted on the previous order every thing was still frozen. So really disappointed as quite expensive not as good as before.”
