“Cooked within use by date but don’t think it would have lasted any longer. Good texture.”

“Fish too small, only 685g. 500g-1kg far too big a range and too much of a lottery. Fortunately I had some mussels to make a complete meal and solve the problem, but I probably wouldn’t order again. A shame as the fish was very fresh and tasty.”

“The Brill we have ordered from Wright Bros is always so fresh and well presented, ready for cooking. It is up to you how you cook it to your taste but whatever you choose the flavour of the fish is superb.”
