Dear Tom, Thank you for your feedback. As one of our prized items, we are disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy the Carabineros. Unlike most prawns, the Carabineros have larger heads that are filled with delicious juices and are usually cooked whole. They are fresh caught deep from the Mediterranean waters and frozen at sea to lock in their freshness and flavour. We are very sorry that you did not have the best experience with them.
