“These are my favourite just simply pan fried skin side down for a few minutes then flipped over with the heat off and left to rest in the pan. Served the bass several ways just with steamed new potatoes and green vegetables but very tasty served with a tomato and butter bean stew. These fillets are always part of my order..”
