“I love Wright Brothers and have eaten in their restaurants enough times to be a fan. That said, I do hope their home delivery service improves to a level that compliments their restaurant business because right now that is not the case, at least based upon my experience. First delivery was spoiled with broken wet box on delivery thus rejected. Customer service was excellent and problem dealt with effectively and quickly. However, on second attempt 1 x kg mussels were missing and the one that arrived was not fresh, smelling terribly and therefore binned immediately. A subsequent email from Wright brothers confirmed they were aware of issues with their mussels supply and a discount voucher was offered. Happy not to have tried the mussels which did arrive, for obvious reasons. Quality and taste of what was received eg crab, lobster, oysters, salmon etc was very good. RD”

“We ordered this platter to brighten up part of our very reduced Christmas plans and it certainly did that. Lots of beautiful seafood, so well presented and absolutely delicious. Thank you Wright Brothers for putting a spark back in our Christmas.”
