“Nice long slices, freezes so well. The slices closest to the skin were a bit intense but no complaint about receiving the whole side, we found a use.”

“Most of the fish was very tender with a really nice smoky taste, however as you moved down through the layers it became more fatty and a bit chewy, in need of lots of lemon juice.”
