Hi Andy, Thanks for your review and for trying this product. Langoustine have a delicate flavour and texture best enjoyed with accompanying subtle flavours and perhaps a crisp light white wine. We also sell cooked crevettes which have a little more punch in the flavour department, perfect for richer sauces such Aioli or our Dill and Mustard sauce from the Bay Tree. “They looked beautiful but there was so little flesh in the end that I’m not sure I’d get them again. Guess the stock we made from the shells was worth it though!”
