“We had the Louët-Feisser oysters yesterday and they were absolutely outstanding. Wonderfully fresh, with a clean, slightly sweet flavour and perfect texture. We paired them with a vinho verde (Alvarinho & Trajadura), and together they made the evening truly special. A tiny drop of Tabasco brought out the oysters' natural sweetnessю Simple, elegant, and unforgettable. Thank you for introducing us to this variety. We will definitely be ordering again.”
