Bought for my dad's 70th birthday. Fish was superb and enjoyed by all.

Not impressed to be honest. The lobster was fine, but we wasn't execting a delivery of frozen seafood? We were expecting ready to eat, fresh seafood. We could have gone to any supermarket and purchased the frozen seafood, for probably a lot less than we paid. We didn't like the mussels being delived in a completely sealed plastic bag, there was a districtive bad odour when we opened the bag and when we cooked them their was few mussels that smelt off so we didn't chance eating them.

The company ran out of oysters so they replaced them with cocktail crab claws, the claws were nice and sweet but would have been nice to have received what I had ordered. The amount of food was a good amount. The prawns were very salty, so couldn't really eat too much of them. The rest of the seafood was fine.

This platter was first class, . It arrived well packed and in perfect condition. I shall certainly buy this again as everyone enjoyed the fruits de Mer., there was ample for everyone

Good morning. I sent an email to you last week but have heard nothing so am sending this again. Some years ago when we lived in London, we used to frequent your Borough restaurant at least every other week. Now, we have moved to the country we have to rely on delivery. Last week I ordered a Full House Platter box to have a seafood celebration with some friends. That was supposed to be yesterday. However having consumed the oysters I made the base for the sauce for the mussels but when I opened the box (pic below) I discovered that every single mussel was dead and consequently dangerous. The expiry date ,as you can see in the pic, was today. Since arriving they had been kept in a very cold fridge and should not have perished. Not good Wrights, you let us down once again. The last time I ordered shellfish from you the frozen prawns had totally defrosted before arrival and you had to replace them. Yesterday’s incident once again ruined our day. IMG_5446.jpg

Hi John, Thanks for your feedback and time on the phone. As discussed, it sounds like your mussels may have got a little too cold, either in your fridge and in transit. It is very unusual for all of them to die like that and would likely indicate something has gone wrong after leaving our depot. We hope you enjoy the replacement, which is on it's way to you now. Everything in the platter box tasted great and fresh. Will definitly order again on a special occassion.

The plattter was amazing everything was nice and fresh . Instructions how to cook things were really helpful . Only one criticism, is that the Lobster was slightly over cooked . But all and all very good
