“Unfortunately the side of the container had smashed in transit and also the tops of the oyster boxes had split and there was liquid and crab meat all over the packaging. As the crab meat had not been sealed and had been exposed to the oyster liquid, we decided not to eat the crab meat in case it was spoiled. This was a shame as we had been looking forward to it. Even though there was a serious amount of packing in the box, the 3 items were not held securely during transit.”
