“Two of us shared the Salmon En Croute on Christmas Day. Our portions were generous and the salmon was exceptionally tasty. The pastry was crisp. Even in our Miele oven I judged the cooking time by eye as It needed extra time for the pastry to brown with no soft bits. The tarragon sauce was delicious too. I served it with baby roasted potatoes and sprouts with walnuts and cranberries.”

“It was the best salmon en croute we’ve had, delicious with the tarragon sauce. Lovely delicate flavours. Brilliant 80th birthday gift”

“Please allow plenty of time for this product to fully defrost, ie overnight in the fridge, unfortunately I didn’t and it needed extra time to cook properly so rather spoil the end result”
