“Original Review: Missing item! The Smoked Mackerel Pate was not delivered. Update: Wright Brothers contacted me immediately after my original review was submitted. They acted speedily to check the video footage of the packing process and discovered the pate was wrapped in a lot of brown paper and then placed into the box. Given the large quantities of brown paper, we determined that the pate was likely missed when the parcel arrived and thrown out with the recycling. Nonetheless, Wright Brothers refunded the cost. Tom who was the main Wright Brothers contact looking into this was also super helpful and really lovely. So whilst I can't comment on the taste of the pate, I am giving them 5 stars for resolving this issue so speedily and constructively. Thank you WB :)”
