“Samphire very good. Not stringy. We pick our own from the marsh when in season so quite used to cooking and eating it. Little bit of butter and pepper pan fried for a couple of minutes.”

“Fresh and crisp with essence of the sea, which matches nicely with the comforting smoothness of the VAR Salmon. I like to serve the salmon with samphire which has been warmed in butter with lemon.”
