“A really nice Thermidor Sauce as packaged. However for our taste, it needed a little pizzas. 1. Heat 100ml Napoleon Brandy, flame off the alcohol (+-50% of the Brandy) 2. Add Thermidor Sauce. Warm through. 3. Add finely chopped Flat Leaf Parsley, Fresh Basil, a little Rosemary, chopped Chives, Black Pepper and smashed creamed Garlic. Mix with the Lobster pieces, spoon into shells. Top with Grated Gruyère and Parmesan mixed with Breadcrumbs and left over herb mixture, a little melted butter over. The fan oven was at 160°C, Lobster in, oven off, grill on for about 8 minutes. Superb result. Thank you Wright Bros.”
